How to prepare grilled langoustines:
We take the lobster and cut lengthwise into two parts. We put the griddle or skillet with a drizzle of olive oil and salted while heating the crayfish. When the iron is hot, put the lobster. We turn now and then ensuring that the grilled langoustines spend more time face-down on your back.
You will notice that the grilled prawns are done when the meat appears more compact and separated from the shell.
